I’ve been interested in spirituality my whole life. I remember debating Catholic theology with my grandmother when I was still in elementary school, and in 4th grade I couldn’t sleep for two months because I had an existential crisis about the true nature of heaven, hell, and eternity. (In brief: Perfection for eternity sounds very boring. What if heaven is actually hell???)

A Sales Director turned Mystic, my journey is all about loving myself through shame and dancing in the darkness to create safety, joy and the kind of abundance you feel in your bones.

I’m a mother of two small children, and motherhood has been the greatest crucible of my spiritual transformation—which is to say it is messy, transcendent, sometimes overwhelming, and the most radical experience of love I’ve ever known.

I work at the intersection of money, quantum magic, and the wounded parts of ourselves that we’d rather reject. You can read more about my business coaching here and Monster School retreats here.

EVA

I’m a free spirited gal who’s as rebellious, irreverent and goofy as I am serious, focused and practical. Let’s just say, I feel a deep and profound connection with both the unnamable and my google calendar.

I did not grow up spiritual or religious, and my Taiwanese immigrant parents (bless them) still don’t quite understand what I do. But I’ve always been insatiably curious about life, and there is nothing I love more than experiencing in-depth, meaningful connection with other souls who dare ask the questions that have no answers. In overcoming my own struggles with anxiety, depression, self-destructive behavior, and a longing to understand life’s mysteries, I have found spirituality- my connection to nature, the universe, love, and consciousness- to be my greatest healer, teacher and source of comic relief.

Currently, I am the head/only honcho at Eva Liao Coaching, where I’ve been working with men and women from all over the world who are ready to end suffering and experience true freedom, calm, happiness and love in their everyday lives. I quit my fancy-pants job in New York City to study at the Institute for Integrative Health and I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
